Have you been to Coffee Conspiracy in Santa Cruz yet? I had already had my cup of caffeine this morning, so I was really just accompanying the hubby. But then one block down, I took a sip of his latte and we turned right back around so that I could pick up a cup for tomorrow. That's how good their coffee was. I was introduced to a latte called The Classified, which isn't even on their menu. It had hints of vanilla, marshmallow-y goodness. I was able to enjoy this the next day while I was working and it was so good. You have to check them out. even if it means picking up a latte for the next day.
