You're going to want to save this video if you're heading to Las Vegas anytime soon. This is Ponchu, and before you ask, no, it's not on the strip. It's actually in the middle of Chinatown. We started off with cocktails, and even though they're known for their spirits, they have so many choices of sake. The fried portobello mushroom appetizer was so good. Between the crunch and the sauce, everything was so fresh. I love coming to Vegas simply just to eat, but this restaurant had me mind-blowing. I mean, look at the size of this roll. Although they're known for their katsu, you guys know I don't eat meat, so I had to indulge in the shrimp and all their seafood options. The hamachi kama was crisp on the outside and melted in my mouth. And this eel did not disappoint. The onions that came with it was the perfect crunch for how soft this fish was. And you guys know I'll get oysters anywhere I go, but I loved how they topped it with a little bit of caviar. Oh, and you guys can't hear it, but the music in here was actually so good. I was jamming the whole time, making the meal a hundred times better. Their menu has a lot of stuff on it, including beautiful teas and beef tongue for my meat eaters. But this one here, this is a gold star of the whole menu. The bluefin carpaccio that comes with a quail egg, truffle oil, and caviar was to die for. All of us got seconds. Rounds and it was totally worth it not to mention it was under ten dollars per piece so next time you guys are in vegas come with an empty stomach and put this one on your list i promise it won't disappoint follow me for more guys cheers
