Chat is my favorite type of food, but it can get kind of repetitive sometimes. Like how often do you see somebody doing something unique and different with their Dei Puri and Pani Puri. Well, Bebapha Golgappa actually served me something that I've never had before when it comes to chaat and that's saying something. You can pick from a Suji Puri or an Atta Puri. Honestly, I didn't even know that there were options like that. or you can get this cute little heart-shaped bunny buri that they have. These are adorable and perfect to share with someone you love. or eat all of them yourself because no one's judging you, it's fine. Or if your mouth don't open that wide and you need a spoon, I'm not judging you, you can just get the bhala papri chaat. which has this lentil fritter, some potatoes. And then tons of yogurt and chutney and lots of yummy stuff on top. Think crunchy saves, some channa, some pomegranate seeds, some onions, beetroot, cilantro. Just everything that you could imagine all in a bowl. It's so perfect to have outside in the summer right now. If you're a trot lover like me, make sure you make your way down to Delta to try out this cart soon.
