You've got a strawberry waffle, then this stacked pulled pork waffle with cilantro and red onion. And wait, the Hello Kitty matcha art? So cute. Virginia Inn has that classic Seattle bar vibe, but look at this brunch spread. Fresh mixed greens, crisp radishes, and a glass of red wine right at the bar. Such a laid-back stop.
